The Bulgarian Fleet Services Ltd., owner of GPS Bulgaria and GPS Systems Macedonia, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Mobiliz Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. (Mobiliz), a leading telematics operator in Turkey.

Fleet Services Ltd. acquired the company from Mediterra Capital - a private equity firm with focus on mid-market and SME investments in Turkey.

Fleet Services’ decision to acquire Mobiliz is driven by the strong position of the company on the Turkish market, its solid performance and the favourable market environment fostering further innovation and technological development.
